Rope Access

With rope access capabilities, we can often eliminate the requirement for scaffolding and EWP’s to access areas at heights in a fraction of the time as opposed to the previously used access methods. Our experienced technicians are IRATA qualified.

ROV Inspections

Our ROV’s are equipped with high definition cameras, sonar, lights and sensors, enabling us to capture detailed visual and ultrasonic inspections on underwater structures. Commonly used for inspecting in-service water tanks, underwater pipelines, subsea infrastructure, and offshore platforms, ensuring integrity and safety.

    • Ultrasonic Testing (UT) - Utilising high-frequency sound waves to detect internal flaws, measure thickness, and assess material properties, our UT services offer precise and reliable evaluations for a variety of materials.

    • Long Range Ultrasonic Testing (LRUT) is a NDT technique used primarily to detect corrosion and other defects in pipelines, storage tanks and other structures. LRUT is particularly effective for inspecting long lengths of materials without the need for extensive scaffolding or access points, making it a cost-effective solution for maintaining infrastructure.

    • Phased Array (PAUT) - Advanced form of ultrasonic testing commonly used in industries like oil and gas, aerospace, power generation, and construction for tasks such as weld inspection, flaw detection, and corrosion monitoring. It delivers precise, reliable results for critical structural inspections.

    • Using X-ray and gamma ray to visualise the internal structure of components. Our RT services are ideal for identifying structural defects and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

    • Industrial Computed Radiography (CR) is a type of non-destructive testing (NDT) that uses digital imaging technology to capture radiographic images of materials and structures, typically for inspection and quality control purposes. CR replaces traditional film radiography by using a phosphor imaging plate that captures x-rays or gamma rays, which is then processed digitally to produce high-resolution images.

  • Eddy current testing (ET) is a non-destructive testing (NDT) technique that uses electromagnetic induction to detect surface and sub-surface flaws in coated conductive materials. This method involves generating an alternating current through a coil, creating a magnetic field that induces circulating eddy currents in the test material. Variations in the flow of these eddy currents can reveal material defects, such as cracks, corrosion, and changes in conductivity.

Eddy current testing’s versatility, precision, and adaptability to complex geometries make it a powerful tool across industries where metal integrity is critical.

    • Magnetic Particle Testing (MT) - For detecting surface and near-surface discontinuities in ferromagnetic materials, our MT services provide rapid and accurate results, making them essential for critical components.

    • Magnetic Flux Leakage (MFL) Tank floors and pipework - a technique primarily used to inspect tanks to inspect ferromagnetic materials, such as pipelines, storage tanks and other steel structures. MFL is particularly effective in detecting corrosion, pitting and other surface or near-surface defects.

  • Our PT services utilise colour contrast and fluorescent dyes to reveal surface cracks and defects. This method is effective for non-porous and exotic materials.

  • Through detailed visual assessments, our technicians identify visible defects, wear and anomalies. This essential service is often the first line of defence in quality assurance.
